Refund policy
POLICY STATEMENT:
All returns must be accompanied by an EMC Return Authorization (RA). All returns are subject to prior approval.
RETURNABLE ITEMS:
· Return request will be accepted from direct purchase customers only.
· Products received with errors by EMC Pharma or damaged in shipping must be reported within (36) hours of receipt and returned within fifteen (15) days of the return authorization.
· Return request for shipments without errors by EMC must be made within (36) hours of receipt. Credit will reflect a 15% restocking fee.
· Concealed damage claims can be made within ten (10) days of receipt.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: (No credit, unless otherwise required by regulation or law)
· Products damaged while in the customer’s possession.
· Products returned without approved authorization.
· Returns received in excess of fifteen (15) days from date of Return Authorization.
· Products received with concealed damages not reported within ten (10) days.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING DAMAGED OR MIS-SHIPPED MERCHANDISE:
1. Contact EMC Pharma customer service department within three (3) business days of product receipt via Email: returns@EMCpharma.com
2. Please include:
1. Original Purchase Order/Order Number
2. Date of Purchase
3. Customer Name and Contact Information, including email and phone number
4. Purchase Point of Products
5. Product Name/UPC
6. Quantity
7. Proof of purchase
8. Brief explanation of the incident
9. Photo evidence of damaged item (if applicable)
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
A representative will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide additional details. Upon receipt of a Return Authorization, place the RA inside packaging and RA # outside of the packaging. Ship the return to the address below (unless alternate instructions on the RA):

RETURN TRANSPORTATION:
Shipping and insurance charges on all returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer except when due to an error by EMC Pharma or if damaged upon receipt. To ensure credit, please send via a means that provides tracking information. In the event of a lost package in transit, EMC Pharma is not responsible.
TERMS OF RETURN POLICY:
· Credits will be issued based upon the original invoice price less any discounts and fees.
· All returns will be in the form of an account credit memo.
· The shipping carton must show the Return Authorization Number (RA) or a carrier call tag; and be marked “Returns” to receive ensure proper credit.
Note: (DISCLAMIER)
In order to receive full credit on a return, all units noted on the RA must be included in one shipment.
Once a credit has been made to the original return, any further returns towards the original debit memo or return authorization number will not be credited.
